Three fly-tippers from outside Walsall have been prosecuted for dumping rubbish in the borough miles away from their homes.

Each offender was ordered to pay more than £500 each after they went before Birmingham magistrates on Wednesday, August 20.

John Antill of Sutton Hill, Telford, dumped rubbish in Pelsall High Street on February 12.

He was fined £220, ordered to pay costs of £276.72, and also a victim surcharge of £88.

Ravi Chumber, of Coronation Road, Great Barr, was found to have disposed of litter on Suttons Drive, Great Barr, on February 21.

He was fined £220 along with having to pay £262.72 in costs and a victim surcharge of £88.
