FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - An arrest has been made following a shooting at a Fresno party last month that left four people injured, according to the Fresno Police Department.

Police say 19-year-old Marshaun Bass was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force on Sept. 24; the other suspect, Joseph Jackson, remains on the loose.

On Aug. 3 at around 1:45 a.m., officers responded to a home near Ashcroft Avenue and Ninth Street regarding a loud party complaint.

When officers arrived, they talked to the homeowner and told him to lower the noise. At around 2 a.m., police said the officers heard gunshots and saw multiple people fleeing. Officers responded and discovered three people had gunshot wounds.
