Former football star Gary Neville has been red carded by road safety campaigners after being spotted using his phone behind the wheel. The Sky Sports pundit was filmed looking at the device as he drove away from traffic lights in Manchester in his £170k Bentley. ‌

It is astonishingly the FOURTH time the ex-England star has been spotted on his mobile while driving. The 50-year-old serial offender is seen in the 20 second video clip - recorded by a shocked bystander - stopped at a red light with one hand on the steering wheel, with his phone in the other. ‌
