NORFOLK, Neb. (KOLN) - A Norfolk man was arrested on Tuesday after police said he slammed a man’s head onto the concrete driveway.

Norfolk Police responded to a reported disturbance at a home in the area of 5th Street and Prospect Avenue at 8:06 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers found several people outside the home restraining a man, later identified as 20-year-old Mynor Chocoy. Witnesses on scene told officers that Chocoy had physically assaulted another man before police arrived.

Police said according to witness statements, Chocoy, who appeared to be highly intoxicated, exited his apartment, made several comments to the group of people and then suddenly attacked the male victim.
