A collision on the Edinburgh Bypass has triggered delays for rush hour drivers.
The incident was first reported at around 8.05am. Emergency services were called to the A720 between Baberton and Dreghorn on Tuesday, October 21.
The condition of those involved is not currently known. Motorists have been urged to allow extra time for their journeys.
Traffic Scotland said: "The A720 is currently restricted eastbound between Baberton and Dreghorn due to a road traffic incident.
"Motorists are advised to use caution on approach and allow extra time for their journey."
On X, they added: "NEW 08:05 A720 - Baberton Lane two (Of two) is currently blocked due to a collision.
"This is adding to routine congestion on the A720."
Police Scotland have been approached for comment.
