Bob Mortimer has said ‘we’re all struggling’ as he provided a ‘heartfelt’ update about the future of his popular BBC series.

The beloved comedian is one of the UK’s most popular comedians, rising to fame alongside Vic Reeves as part of their double act Reeves and Mortimer.

Bob has become a fan favourite on a number of panel shows, including Would I Lie to You? and Taskmaster.

Earlier in the year Bob was crowned the winner of Jimmy Carr’s Amazon Prime Video series Last One Laughing , which he will return to for its upcoming second series.

Competing against the likes of Richard Ayoade, Rob Beckett and This Country’s Daisy May Cooper , Bob was tasked with being in a room full of comedians who were eliminated if they laughed twice.
