RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A person is hospitalized after their vehicle flipped in a collision with a tree on the outskirts of Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the single-vehicle crash occurred around 7 a.m. Saturday on Rock Quarry Road near Whitfield Street.
Upon arrival, officers said they found the vehicle on its side in the woods off Rock Quarry Road. They closed one lane while officers investigated the scene.
Officers said the driver got a ride to the hospital with serious injuries.
