RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) -- A Raleigh man was arrested after police say he broke a glass door at a McDonald's restaurant early Saturday morning.

The incident happened around 1 a.m. at the McDonald's at 6213 Falls of Neuse Road at the intersection with Spring Forest Road, according to the Raleigh Police Department.

Police responded to the McDonald's, which had closed at 10 p.m.

Ricky J. McLean Jr., 39, of Raleigh, was arrested in the incident, according to an arrest warrant.

The warrant said McLean kicked in a glass door of the restaurant.

He was charged with misdemeanor injury to real property.
