ALBANY – Assemblyman Brian Maher (R,C–Walden) is calling on all Town and Village of Montgomery residents to sign his petition urging the State Department of Transportation (DOT) to prioritize the repaving of State Route 211 from Dunn Road to Ward Street. The petition calls for the project to be fully funded in the 2026 state capital plan to address growing safety and infrastructure concerns along this critical roadway.
“While we understand there are a limitless number of state roads in disrepair, this stretch of Route 211 has become increasingly unsafe for drivers, residents and local businesses,” said Maher.
