NEWBERRY, S.C. —
The mother of two toddlers who were shot in Newberry, South Carolina , has been charged, according to the Newberry County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities said they were called about 6:35 p.m. Sunday to a home off Wilson Road.
The sheriff's office said they arrived to find a "chaotic" scene with several children, two with gunshot wounds.
