MONROE COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - Josh Woods, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office employee charged with driving under the influence Saturday, flipped his car and admitted to being drunk after the crash, according to court documents obtained by WVLT.

The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. on Sweetwater Vonore Road, according to a Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security memo. That memo was written by Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Leah Winder.
