LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Most of our day in the Commonwealth has been cloudy and cold - and things stay wintry as we head into the overnight.
Our wintry mix mess is set to arrive later tonight in the evening hours, mainly as rain. Most of our northernmost counties could see a brief burst of snow or a rain-snow mix as the system moves in, but most of the state won’t see any ground accumulation.
By tonight, everyone transitions to cold rain. That rain moves out early Sunday, leaving behind cold, gusty winds and scattered snow flurries.
