VANCOUVER, Wash. – Police are conducting an ongoing investigation following an incident involving a Lyft driver, their passenger and another vehicle that reportedly rammed into them four times.
The incident occurred shortly after the Lyft driver picked up the passenger at their workplace in Vancouver. The impact of the other vehicle ramming into them triggered the car's collision detection system, which immediately called 911.
In video footage obtained from with the Lyft, the driver was heard questioning the passenger about the person in the other vehicle.
Repeated hits shattered the back window of the Lyft car and nearly pushed it over a 20-foot embankment.
