A man was seriously injured when he crashed his pickup truck in Concord, Vermont, Saturday evening, and state police say alcohol impairment is believed to be a factor.

Troopers were in Concord for an unrelated call for service when they came upon a Toyota Tundra on its side in the middle of Long Hill Road around 7:03 p.m., according to police, who said troopers noticed signs of impairment as they spoke with the driver, identified as 67-year-old Kenneth Yattaw.
