A police helicopter tracked a fleeing car in Bearwood as officers made a massive seizure last night, it has been revealed.

West Midlands Police said they spotted a man, who was wanted in connection with a wounding, driving a car along Bearwood Road at around 4.20pm yesterday, Tuesday, December 2.

The car failed to stop for officers and multiple items were thrown from the window, police said.

The National Police Air Service helped follow the car and the occupants were held.

Police said that a large amount of Class A drugs was recovered.

Three men, all aged 19, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs
