More than 200 homes were being evacuated around a Midland address as a major incident was declared.
An evacuation zone has been set up 'as a precaution' following a warrant in Vulcan Street, Derby, after Derbyshire Police acted on intelligence about materials at an address.
Two men - one in his 40s and another in his 50s - were arrested on suspicion of explosives offences and remain in custody.

Police were working with Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, East Midlands Ambulance Service and Derby City Council after declaring a major incident.
