Heat and high humidity is the story through the middle of the week, but a break is coming after a cold front moves through the region on Wednesday.
Heat advisories continue for much of the region through Tuesday evening, an extension into Wednesday is certainly possible given a slow moving cold front, but afterwards we will see temperatures more reminiscent of late September for a few days.
MONDAY’S FORECAST
Morning temperatures will start in the middle 70s and highs will warm to the middle 90s in the afternoon. Expect a mostly sunny, muggy, and rain free day across the region. Highs are expected to make it to the middle 90s, but heat index values will range from 105-110°
A BREAK IS COMING
Tuesday will be another day of highs in the middle 90s with heat index values between 105-110°.
