CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - A Puxico man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry from a woman he worked for.
Christopher Clark, 40, faces multiple charges of burglary and stealing.
According to court documents, he’d been working as a handyman for the victim for the last few months.
During that time, he allegedly stole several pieces of jewelry and then sold them to a pawn shop.
The stolen items were valued at more than $23,000.
Clark is being held at the Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
