CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Butler High School administrator was arrested Wednesday after two pistols were found in his bag on campus, according to court records.

Justin Parker Moyer, who reportedly serves as advanced placement director at Butler, was charged with possessing firearms on educational property after the weapons were discovered in a black nylon fanny pack left in the school's learning center.

According to the arrest report, a second school employee found the bag around 11 a.m. on Aug. 7. When she checked the bag for identification, she discovered it contained a pistol and reported the incident to the school's principal.
