LINCOLN, Neb. —

Nebraska's attorney general secured refunds for hundreds of businesses from a deceptive business filing services company.

Mike Hilgers said Fast Filing Services sent deceptive mailers designed to mislead businesses about required state filings.

Hilgers said the company is not authorized to practice law in Nebraska, and through the mailers, Fast Filing Services was charging business owners additional fees.
