TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) –Still warm with a few isolated late day showers/thundershowers. Tucson reaching 103, still above our averages. Afternoon thunderstorms appear more numerous tomorrow, but still concentrated east and south.
Thursday and Friday are days to watch, with rain coverage increasing. For now holding on to near 50% shot, but that could be adjusted up or down. Rain chances slide over the weekend and the following week may see another heat bump. Although high pressure settles aloft, models not yet on board with a repeat of the recent heat spike.
