TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Marijuana is as dangerous as heroin or cocaine, according to how the federal government has it classified.

President Donald Trump’s administration could soon change that , or at least the president said he’s considering it.

About 60 percent of what D2 Dispensaries sells is produced locally by them, and they employ around 160 people. Taking marijuana off the list of Schedule I substances could make life easier for them as well as for their customers.

Buying marijuana products is legal in Arizona, but paying for them has limits.

“Sometimes people can’t get cash, or sometimes the ATM, like just now, charged me $3 extra,” said Santana Lopez after she withdrew cash from an ATM at the D2 in downtown Tucson.
