(WJW) – A very lucky person in Ohio could be holding a lottery ticket worth $1,000 a day for life — or a one-time payment of $5,750,000.

According to lottery documents, a Lucky For Life ticket purchased in Ohio matched five out of five numbers and the ‘luckyball’ in the Tuesday, Aug. 12 drawing to win the game’s grand prize.

It wasn't immediately clear where in Ohio the winning ticket was purchased. Lottery officials said they would provide updated information once they received more details.

The winning numbers were: 1-11-18-29-34 and Luckyball 15.

The winner now has 180 days to validate and cash the winning ticket, according to the Ohio Lottery.

Lucky for Life drawings are held seven days a week. The odds of winning the top prize are just 1 in 30,821,472.
