KALIHI, Hawaii (Island News) -- A man was arrested and charged for allegedly attacking a St. Louis football coach at a pre-season scrimmage with Farrington on Saturday, Aug. 2.

The fight involving the suspect, 28-year-old Fred Ulu-Perry, and the 53-year-old St. Louis School football took place that Saturday morning on the Farrington High School track. Many bystanders stepped in to intervene when the fight broke out during the game.

The suspect was located and arrested on Thursday afternoon, Aug. 14.

Ulu-Perry was charged for second-degree assault on Saturday, Aug. 16. His bail was set at $25,000.
