A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Monday at 4:14 a.m. for dense fog until 9 a.m. for Northern Clinton, Northern Centre, Southern Centre, Northern Lycoming, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming as well as Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Clearfield, Cambria, Blair, Huntingdon, Somerset, Bedford, Fulton, Tioga, Sullivan, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland and Columbia counties.

"Locally dense fog will reduce visibility early this morning, especially in valley locations. If traveling, be prepared for changes in visibility over a short distance. The fog will dissipate and visibility will steadily improve through mid-morning," adds the weather service.
