PLATTE CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A felon in Missouri who was previously convicted of incest has now been accused of fondling children.

Platte County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, Aug. 21, indicate that Cody Fogt, 26, of Platte City, has been charged with a child sex crime.

A probable cause statement filed by the Platte City Police Department revealed that in November 2024, a local mother reported that her two daughters had been groped by Fogt.
