At its Monday, Aug. 25, meeting, the Saginaw City Council both approved an industrial facilities tax exemption certificate and an amendment to an existing brownfield plan tied to operations at Menards Inc. facilities on the city’s northeast side.
The big-box home improvement retail chain operates a distribution center at 1808 Veterans Memorial Parkway . Earlier this summer, officials announced plans to invest $20 million at the 30-acre site.
