Another key step forward has been taken in the redevelopment of the former Broadmarsh Centre in Nottingham with the appointment of a project lead.
Homes England announced it had bought the former shopping centre , which is one of the largest vacant sites in any UK city centre , back in March this year.
Labour-led Nottingham City Council took on the site in 2020 upon the collapse of the centre’s former owner, intu, and the government housing agency says it is now seeking to realise the authority’s masterplan.
