The Gary/Chicago International Airport Authority awarded a $1.27 million contract for paving work at both the Gary and Griffith/Merrillville airports.

Milestone Contractors North won the contract for the final portion of repaving of the main parking lot and to do crack sealing along Airport Road and on the crossing runway in Gary. It will also do crack-sealing at the Griffith/Merrillville Airport.
