The latest: Weather coverage from WVTM 13
The next few days will be damp and unusually chilly in Alabama, but two passing cold fronts will shove the rain and clouds out of the picture by Thursday and Friday just in time for Halloween.
Ahead of those fronts, pumpkin patch and haunted house weather will be damp and dreary. There will be a limited chance of some light showers on Tuesday, but a more organized area of showers will pass through Alabama on Wednesday. Most of us will get around a quarter to one-half inch of rain through Wednesday night.
On Halloween, we will have the sunshine back in full force, but temperatures will stay well below the seasonal average for Oct. 31, which would be a high around
