LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Fayette County woman is set to be sentenced Friday morning in connection with a deadly hit-and-run that happened nearly two years ago in Lexington.

According to court records, Olivia Fouts is scheduled to be sentenced at 10 a.m. for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid resulting in death.

As reported by the Lexington Herald-Leader , Fouts was arrested weeks after the November 21, 2023 crash on North Broadway near Fourth Street, close to Transylvania University. Bluegrass Crime Stoppers released surveillance images of the suspect’s vehicle during the search for Fouts.

According to the Fayette County Coroner, the collision claimed the life of 44-year-old Anna Kolokotsas, who was walking home at the time.
