WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Waco police officers arrested two teenagers charged in a downtown shooting that left two victims wounded.
Reggerrion Randolph, 18; and Dailon DeShawn Hicks, 17, are both charged with aggravated assault-firearm from a vehicle, according to court documents.
The shooting happened at about 1:25 a.m. on Nov. 9 in the area of 5th Street and Austin Avenue. Police said officers responding to the scene found two wounded victims hiding underneath cars in a parking lot.
Five vehicles in the parking lot were also struck by gunfire.
Investigators at the scene recovered an array of spent 9mm, .40, and .45 casings at the scene.
