KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Rain will move in from 7 to 10 PM and continue overnight. Lows will generally be in the upper 30s, but it will fall closer to freezing north of Crossville on the northern Plateau where the rain may end as a wintry mix or snow showers near sunrise Tuesday. A quick dusting is possible up toward Monticello and Jamestown, but not a guarantee. Winds will pick up overnight making it feel even colder.
TUESDAY: Showers end early in the morning, but some flurries or sprinkles are possible during the day with a blanket of clouds. Highs will be the upper 30s to around 40 but it will feel colder with a gusty northwest wind at 10-20 mph. Lows will drop into the 20s Tuesday night.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 40s and lows in the 30s.
