After her father was stabbed and nearly bled to death in a brutal July attack of 11 people at a Walmart store near Traverse City, the young girl knelt to pray.

Her mother did too.

The 41-year-old, Aaron Boudot, lived, thanks to the quick actions of strangers and doctors, attorneys representing him said Tuesday, Dec. 2. But he and his wife are now suing Walmart for damages in Circuit Court in Grand Traverse County.
