CORRIGAN, Texas (KTRE) - For the last eight years, the Corrigan-Camden product La’Darius Hamilton spent his time racking up all C-USA honors at North Texas,

And the opportunities to play on Sundays.

Hamilton signed with the Dallas Cowboys, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Green Bay Packers, and San Francisco 49ers.

But now in 2025, Hamilton finds himself back down Highway 59 after being hired on as an assistant coach at Corrigan-Camden.

“Every time I step out there, I feel like I wanna put my pads on and come out here and do it,” Hamilton said. “...being on the other side of it is a lot more mental and technical,”.

And it hasn’t taken long to for the Bulldogs on the field to flow towards the former Mean Green standout.
