School Street near Prestige Park Road was closed due to an accident involving three cars, according to police.

Officers responded to the scene around 7:20 a.m.

Officials say one of the cars involved rolled over and the operator needed to be extricated by the fire department.

One person was transported to the hospital.

The road has since reopened.
